This is a proper beach read! If you are squeezing in holiday before the summer turns into autumn make sure this is top of your list! Truly, Madly, Greekly is set in the beautiful landscape of Corfu, full of romance, secrets and sizzling scandals! This book has it all and is a perfect partner for a cocktail under the sun.
The story is about Ellen, with a fabulous career, a marriage proposal and the world at her feet, but sometimes things don't work out and people aren't who they seem! To hide herself away from her problems and to keep her secrets she goes with her sister to check out a resort for her baby sister's wedding and this is when the fun starts!
With hunky reps, midnight beach parties and one hell of a backdrop Ellen and Lacey find themselves evaluating their lives. The progression of the characters were natural, I loved the chemistry between the sisters, the way they bounced of each other and how their characters were so different really gave the book a fantastic edge instead of just being a romance, there was a supporting story about self discovery and doing what you want not what is expected.
Swoon appeal okay so Yan, the Adonis, the muscle sensitive rep who destroys the taboo of how male reps act with women on holiday. He had this side of him that was so vulnerable that really made him so much more appealing. The abs help too! As does any good love story, it was rammed with emotion. Packed with heat and had a fabulously fast pace!
Not wanting to let summer go? Let Mandy Baggot leave you Truly Madly Greekly!
